Assess the evidence before the ranking
Understand the checks behind a broker risk assessment, including permissions, identity, account terms and complaint evidence.
A numerical ranking can hide important differences between firms, legal entities and jurisdictions. This edition does not publish a scored broker league table.
Build a reasoned assessment
Start with current official registration details. Then review the contract, payment arrangements, withdrawal process and available complaint evidence. Treat an unresolved allegation differently from a regulator’s published finding.
Keep the limits visible
Missing information is not proof that a broker is safe or fraudulent. An older article may refer to circumstances that have changed. When the evidence is incomplete, record what still needs checking.
Use the broker comparison checklist and visit the regulator directory.
